The company

An Algerian service company for well stimulation, support and fracturing

Alscif works oil wells in the south of Algeria, with crews based in Hassi Messaoud, Algeria, Ouargla. Its teams pump fracturing and stimulation treatments, cement casing, and run coiled tubing and nitrogen operations for oil and gas operators in the Algerian Sahara.

The Frac Department is the high-pressure side of that work. It runs the pumping spread, controls each fracturing job from the data van, and keeps every unit ready to rig up.

Hydraulic fracturing

High-pressure pumping that cracks tight rock and opens a path for oil.

Well stimulation

Acid and other treatments that restore or increase flow into the well.

Cementing

Placing cement to secure the casing and isolate zones.

Coiled tubing and nitrogen

Continuous tubing and nitrogen pumping for cleanouts and lifting.

How a job runs

Six steps from rig-up to flowback

A fracturing job pumps fluid and proppant into the rock at pressures high enough to crack it, then props the cracks open so oil can flow.

On location

How the units connect

Water, sand and chemicals meet in the blender at low pressure. The frac pumps raise the slurry to treating pressure and send it through the manifold to the wellhead. The data van watches all of it.
